We’ve all taken a massive hit over the last 18 months, especially hospitality and live music here in Melbourne. But when we do start to open up in late October, it’s definitely not going to be ‘business as usual’.

Since we began in 2010, we’ve successfully grown our business by working closely with, and having the support of some great people in hospitality, functions, festivals and events. From major hotels like The Grand Hyatt and Transport, Fed Square. Corporate and state government like Lend Lease, Metro Trains for major infrastructure project community engagement events. LGA community events and festivals across Victoria.  To small café’s, bars, restaurants and clubs.  So, we think it’s time to pay back by PLAYING FORWARD. It’s based on the Pay it Forward approach. To help others out with no future obligations or expectations.  

We’re so passionate and committed to get live music at café’s, bars, restaurant, pubs, clubs and events, either outdoors or indoors, happening again. That we’re taking 50% off our standard booking fee for our duo and trio size acts while up to 50% capacity limits remain. On confirmed new booking dates from 26th October up to 19th December.*

  • Would you like some smooth sax with that? We’re joined by our fabulous sax player for the price of our duo – Customers just love the sax
  • Outdoor fully acoustic no power requirement options also available  
  • No third party or admin fees – every dollar goes directly to the musicians hired
  • Targeted promotion campaign across socials, radio, online press and print included   
  • Fully vaccinated musicians with certification working to Covid safe performance plans
  • Public liability – Certificate of Currency for all musicians on site

Terms & Conditions

* The PlAYING FORWARD Promotion is for new bookings only for performances between 26th October and 19 December 2021

* The promotion is open only to direct bookings by venue – event managers and private personal function organisers

* The promotion is for venues in the Melbourne CBD, Metropolitan area and Mornington Peninsula region

* Acceptance of bookings outside the Melbourne CBD, Metropolitan area and Mornington Peninsula region will be at the discretion of promotion management and may require additional travel costs

* Bookings are for a standard 3 hour call – 3 x 45min sets or equivalent performance time over 3 hours

* The promotion is for our duo and trio size acts only

* Small to mid size venue (up to 150 persons) sound and lighting provided

* Cancellation – No cancellation fee will be charged if the reason is due to a Victorian Health Dept lockdown order

* A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on the agreed price if the booking is cancelled within 24hrs of performance start time by the booker for reasons that are not directly associated with a Victorian Health Dept lockdown order
